合板産業が始まって以来、上剥きの小幅単板の処理方法については永遠のテーマ。ロータリーレースラインで小幅単板を裁断し定尺長さ分にまとめ、スタッカーである高さに積込み、次にドライヤーに投入する行程へと向かいます。その際、大小さまざまな小幅単板を投入するには、労力と人手がかかり、また、一度に揃えて投入することは難しく、満遍無くドライヤー内に単板を埋められず、乾燥における稼動・生産効率を落す要因にもなります。この小幅の生単板が定尺長さに繋がっていたら・・・。その思いが、我々が過去培ってきたコンポーザー技術と、数十年開発してきた生単板接合の技術との融合で生まれた機械が　名南テックコンポーザー（型式：TEC-series）なのです。それから国内、外のユーザー様からご愛顧いただき、シリーズ通算100号機を迎えました。
