Your hotel confirmation and invoice will be sent to you by fax or e-mail 2 or 3 weeks before the conference.
Payment should be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB
We will charge a full deposit through your credit card in 1 week after issuing the invoice.
CANCELLATION
In case of changes or cancel, please inform us by FAX or E-mail.
Cancelletion fee when notice given;
*14 to 6 days prior to the first night --- 1,000JPY
*5 to 2 days prior to the first night --- 1,500JPY
*1 day prior to the first night --- 50% of total room rate
* The first night or no notice given --- 100% of total room rate
